What can be returned: Since all of our products are made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges except for damaged products. Please make sure you choose the best size when checking out.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require a picture of the product showing the damage or incorrect item in order to process a refund or replacement.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please send your order number, a picture of your issue, and an email explaining the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
What cannot be returned: As mentioned above, since every item we produce is made to order, we do not accept returns that does not meet the afore mentioned qualifications. There are also no refunds for coaching calls, courses of other digital media that has been delivered.
Shipping charges for products returned: If the item(s) is damaged or incorrect, most of the time we don't require you to return it. However, if we do require a return, all shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Address for returns will be provided after the initial email has been sent with order number, picture of the issue, and explanation of the issue.
